RX GLEAM provides a technology platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations related to anti-aging and cellular wellness treatments, including NAD+ therapy. If a healthcare provider determines that treatment is appropriate, prescriptions may be issued and fulfilled through FDA-registered compounding pharmacies.
Important: RX GLEAM is a technology platform. Healthcare services are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers. Prescription decisions are made solely by the treating healthcare provider at their professional discretion.

The information provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
A provider-patient relationship is established only when a licensed healthcare provider agrees to treat you.
Not all patients will qualify for treatment. Treatment decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers.
Compounded medications have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Provide false or misleading information
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to obtain prescriptions through deception
Share your account credentials with others
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Attempt to access areas of the Services not authorized for you
Use the Services to transmit viruses or malicious code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by RX GLEAM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
